3. Usage of Points and expiration date
- Points can be used as ball fee or when shopping at 1 point = 1 yen.
- The expiration date for points will be one year from the final date you used this facility.
4. Regular membership expiration date and J-Card expiration date
- The regular membership expiration date is one year and the expiration date shall be extended once the annual fee is paid.
- Function as J-Card shall be valid even after the expiration of regular membership.
- The expiration date of the J-Card mentioned above shall be 3 years from your last usage of this facility.
- When the J-Card has expired, we will be able to pay back the left-over J-Card fee minus the handling charge of 1,050 yen for 2 years. If another two years passes, we will not be able to pay back.
5. Others
- Please let us know if you have misplaced or lost your J-Card immediately. We will stop the function of the J-Card.
- After stoppage of the J-Card function, we will be able to reissue another J-Card (The reissue fee is 315 yen).
